To register for the dance party, kindly complete the form provided below. From the drop-down menu, you can select to pay at the door on the day of the party or through PayPal. If you choose the PayPal option, you will be redirected to the PayPal website after submitting the form. If registering multiple people, kindly make any necessary changes on the PayPal site. You have the option to pay with cash or credit card if you choose to pay at the door on the date of the party.
Please note that if you wish to pay for different types of registrations, such as member, non-member, senior or student, we kindly request that you submit a separate form for each payment type.
