We are thrilled to invite you to join us from August 22 to August 24 for an unforgettable weekend of outdoor activities with the Polish American Club (PAC). Be sure to mark your calendars so we can create fantastic memories together!

This family-friendly event is perfect for everyone, so bring your loved ones along for a great time! While there is no cost to attend, we would greatly appreciate any voluntary donations to help us continue hosting wonderful events for our Polish American community.

WHEN
August 22, 2025 – August 24, 2025

ITINERARY:
– Friday, August 22, 2025: 6 PM – Opening of the site.
– Saturday, August 23, 2025: 6 PM – Potluck Dinner by the bonfire.
– Sunday, August 24, 2025:
– Morning: Potluck Breakfast – everyone is invited to share the morning meal.
– 1 PM: Start Clean-up.

WHERE
Alum Creek State Park Group Campsite, as usual. The exact address is enclosed below. Please visit the Park’s website to familiarize yourself with the facilities at the campsite. Don’t forget to bring your own tent and camping gear if you plan to stay overnight.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The Club will provide Polish Kielbasa during the bonfire. We ask that everyone bring at least one of the following for the weekend event:
– Food for the potluck
– Drinks to enjoy
– Wood for the bonfire (please notify the Board if you have a significant amount of wood to spare)
– Musical instruments (guitar or any instrument of your choice) for enjoyment around the bonfire

Everyone is invited to bring sports and games equipment. The Club will provide volleyball and soccer equipment, cornhole, and other fun activities. If you plan to enjoy the nearby lake, please bring your own water sports equipment.
