PAC PIKNIK !!!

With great joy, we have the pleasure to invite all members and friends of the Polish American Club to the PAC annual Picnic.

When: from Friday, August 25^th at 6 pm till Sunday, August 27^th at 1 pm.

Where: Alum Creek State Park Campsite – as usual. The direction is enclosed below. Please visit the Park’s website and familiarize yourself with the facilities at the campsite. Please bring your own tent and camping gear if you plan to stay overnight.

Plan:

Friday: 8/25/23, 6 pm opening of the site

Saturday 8/26/23, 6 pm Potluck Dinner by the bonfire

Sunday 8/27/23, Sometime in the Morning: Potluck Breakfast – all present are invited to share the morning meal.

And also: games and sports of attendee’s interest and liking (soccer, volleyball, etc)

For Saturday: We ask everyone to Everyone to bring

• A meal to share for dinner
• Drinks to share
• Meal to grill if so inclined
• Wood for the bonfire. If you have a lot of wood to spare – let the Board know. One never knows what will be the state of wood supplies at Alum Creek. It is either feast or famine over there.
• Guitars and songbooks, we always have some talented members that will enjoy singing by the fire.

For Sunday, if you are staying or if you would like to stop by in the morning, bring a breakfast type of meal to share.

All are invited to bring sports and games equipment. The Club will secure a volleyball net and ball, soccer goals, bocce, and Kadima.

If you own water sports equipment (kayak, body board, etc) we invite you to bring it so you may enjoy the nearby lake.
