PAC Constitution and By-Laws Discussion of the proposed changes.
Dear Members,
You are invited to attend a Q&A meeting to review and discuss the proposed changes to the Polish American Club of Columbus Constitution and By-Laws.
The Constitution and By Laws were adopted in 1980. The documents guided us safely for over 4 decades of activities. We want to keep it spirit and intention of the founders. The proposed updates, suggested to you by the current Board and its Officers after numerous discussion, are intended to protect the Club’s assets, allow greater flexibility in using social media and modern communication, improve voting efficiency, and strengthen the Club for the next decade and beyond.
Please review the attached Constitution and proposed changes before the meeting. We welcome your questions, comments, and suggestions. We plan to vote on the prosed changes in December.

Dyskusja nad zmianami w Konstytucji i Regulaminie.
Szanowni Państwo,
Zapraszamy wszystkich członków na Walne Zebranie poświęcone omówieniu proponowanych zmian w Konstytucji i Regulaminie Polish American Club of Columbus.
Konstytucja PAC i Regulamin zostały sformułowane w 1980 roku. Dokument ten prowadził nas przez ponad 40 lat i chcemy pozostać wierni oryginalnym zamierzeniom członków założycieli naszego Klubu. Proponowane zmiany, które obecny Zarząd sugeruje Państwu po wielu dyskusjach, mają na celu ochronę majątku Klubu, umożliwienie korzystania z mediów społecznościowych i nowoczesnych form komunikacji, usprawnienie głosowania oraz wzmocnienie Klubu na kolejną dekadę i dalsze lata.
Prosimy o zapoznanie się przed zebraniem z załączonym tekstem Konstytucji oraz proponowanymi zmianami. Zapraszamy do zadawania pytań oraz dzielenia się uwagami i sugestiami. Glosowanie nad zmianami do Konstytucji planowane jest na Grudzień.
