Become a member today and support our community events, cultural programs, and more!

Membership Levels

  • Family Membership $45/year

    For two adults living in the same household and their dependents. Note: Adult children who are no longer dependents must purchase their own Individual Membership.

  • Individual Membership $30/year

    For one adult who wishes to participate in and support the Club’s programs and activities.

  • Senior Family (65+) $35/year

    For a married couple, where at least one spouse is age 65 or older.

  • Individual Senior $25/year

    For one individual age 65 or older who wishes to stay active and support Club programs.

  • Student $15/year

    For a current student who wishes to participate in Club events and activities.

Option 1: Submit Online

  • Click the Join Online link.
  • Select the membership level and fill out all required fields.
  • Complete the payment using a credit/debit card or a bank transfer via the secure Aplos form.
  • Receive a confirmation email after your submission.

Option 2: Submit by Mail

  • Download and print the membership form, or request a copy by email.
  • Complete all sections, checking your membership level.
  • Write a check for the applicable amount payable to the Polish American Club of Columbus.
  • Mail both your completed form and check to:THE POLISH AMERICAN CLUB, P. O. BOX 14960 COLUMBUS, OHIO 43214
  • Please do not send cash. Include your form so your payment is matched correctly.
