PAC Camping and Picnic !!!

It’s that time of the year again when we are gearing up for the annual PAC Camping and Picnic on August 23-25! We’re inviting all Polish American Club members and friends to come and join in the excitement. To sign up, fill out the form on our website (links are provided below). You can make the payment in cash at the campground or through PayPal. If you’re not planning to stay overnight, we kindly ask you to buy a $5 pass per car. If you stay overnight, the fees are $5 per car and $10 per tent.
We are looking forward to having a fantastic time with all of you!

WHEN

8/23/24 – 8/25/24

ITINERARY:

Friday, 8/23/24, 6 pm opening of the site.

Saturday, 8/24/24, 6 pm. Potluck Dinner by the bonfire.

Sunday 8/25/24, Sometime in the Morning:
Potluck Breakfast – everyone is invited to share the morning meal.

1 pm – Start Clean-up.

WHERE:

Alum Creek State Park Group Campsite as usual. The exact address is enclosed below. Please visit the Park’s website to familiarize yourself with the facilities at the Campsite. Please bring your own tent and camping gear if you plan to stay overnight.

ADDITIONAL:

The Club will provide Polish Kielbasa during the bonfire. We ask everyone to bring at least one of the following for the weekend event:

▪ Food for the potluck.

▪ Drinks to enjoy.

▪ Wood for the bonfire (please notify the Board if you have a lot of wood to spare).

▪ Music (Guitar or any instrument of choice) to enjoy around the bonfire.

All are invited to bring sports and games equipment. The Club will provide volleyball and soccer equipment, Cornhole, and other fun activities. Please bring your own water sports equipment if you plan to enjoy the nearby lake.
