Dear Members,

You are invited to attend a Q&A meeting to review and discuss the proposed updates to the Polish American Club of Columbus Constitution and By-Laws.

The current Constitution and By-Laws were adopted in 1980 and have guided the Club successfully through more than four decades of activities. The Board and Officers wish to preserve the spirit and intentions of the Club’s founders while making thoughtful updates that support the Club’s future.

Following numerous discussions, the proposed revisions are intended to:

• Protect the Club’s assets

• Provide greater flexibility in the use of social media and modern communication methods

• Improve the efficiency of voting procedures

• Strengthen the Club for the next decade and beyond

Please review the attached Constitution and proposed changes before the meeting. We welcome your questions, comments, and suggestions. A vote on the proposed changes is planned for December.
