DESCRIPTION:Join us for the annual PAC Christmas Party on Saturday\, December 9th at 5:30 p.m. The event will take place at the Amelita Mirolo Barn in Sunny 95 Park\, Upper Arlington. This is a Potluck gathering\, so kindly bring a vegetarian dish to share. We appreciate the diversity of traditional Polish Christmas dishes that everyone brings every year. \nAdmission is free for all PAC members. However\, we encourage all members to renew their annual PAC memberships at the door. Guests under 18 years of age do not have to pay. Non-members and those who do not plan on renewing their memberships are requested to pay $25 at the door.\n(We are also excited to announce that Santa Claus) \n \nAt the Christmas Bazaar during Wigilia\, we will have small items available for purchase. We welcome any donations to the Bazaar for sale. All sales proceeds will go towards PAC and future events! \nOpłatki will also be available for purchase. One pack includes three white and one pink opłatki ($5). \nWe will also be collecting warm clothes for the homeless at the door. Please bring your clean and gently used items to donate. \nIf you would like to volunteer to help decorate and set up the Barn before the event\, please inform the Board and be ready to arrive at 4 p.m. – every little help is appreciated.\n \nRegistration\nWe are grateful for the overwhelming response to our registration. DESCRIPTION:PAC Camping and Picnic !!!\nIt is our pleasure to invite all members and friends of the Polish American Club to the annual PAC Camping and Picnic. \nWHEN \n8/25/23 – 8/27/23 \nITINERARY: \nFriday\, 8/25/23\, 6 pm opening of the site. \nSaturday\, 8/26/23\, 6 pm. Potluck Dinner by the bonfire. \nSunday 8/27/23\, Sometime in the Morning:\nPotluck Breakfast – everyone is invited to share the morning meal. \n1 pm – Start Clean-up. \nWHERE: \nAlum Creek State Park Group Campsite as usual. The exact address is enclosed below. Please visit the Park’s website to familiarize yourself with the facilities at the Campsite. Please bring your own tent and camping gear if you plan to stay overnight. \nADDITIONAL: \nThe Club will provide Polish Kielbasa during the bonfire. We ask everyone to bring at least one of the following for the weekend event: \n▪ Food for the potluck. \n▪ Drinks to enjoy. \n▪ Wood for the bonfire (please notify the Board if you have a lot of wood to spare). \n▪ Music (Guitar or any instrument of choice) to enjoy around the bonfire. \nAll are invited to bring sports and games equipment.
