Spend a laid-back weekend outdoors with friends, games, kayaking, a bonfire, and shared meals.

ITINERARY:

Friday, September 11

  • 6:00 PM: Campsite opens.
  • PAC will provide kielbasa for the Friday bonfire to volunteers who help with setting up the camp.

Saturday, September 12

  • 6:00 PM: Potluck dinner by the bonfire
  • Please bring a yummy dish or food item to share, along with your own beverages.
  • Games, kayaks, volleyball, and other activities will be provided for guests

Sunday, September 13

  • Morning: Potluck breakfast
  • 11:00 AM: Camp clean-up begins

REGISTRATION AND FEE
Registration will be required this year for an accurate guest count. There is a $10 fee per household, payable online or in cash at the campsite.

If you plan to stay overnight, please bring your own tent and camping gear, along with:

  • Food dish to share for the potluck
  • Your preferred beverages
  • Camping chairs, games, sports equipment, and musical

You are invited to attend a Q&A meeting to review and discuss the proposed updates to the Polish American Club of Columbus Constitution and By-Laws.

The current Constitution and By-Laws were adopted in 1980 and have guided the Club successfully through more than four decades of activities. The Board and Officers wish to preserve the spirit and intentions of the Club’s founders while making thoughtful updates that support the Club’s future.

Following numerous discussions, the proposed revisions are intended to:

  • Protect the Club’s assets

  • Provide greater flexibility in the use of social media and modern communication methods

  • Improve the efficiency of voting procedures

  • Strengthen the Club for the next decade and beyond

Please review the attached Constitution and proposed changes before the meeting. We welcome your questions, comments, and suggestions. A vote on the proposed changes is planned for December.
