SUMMARY:PAC Constitution & Bylaws Update: Final Discussion
DESCRIPTION:Dear PAC Members\, \nOn behalf of the Board of the Polish American Club of Columbus\, I would like to sincerely thank the small but devoted crowd who attended our in-person meeting or on Sunday\, October 4\, and participated in the discussion of the proposed changes to our Club’s Constitution and Bylaws. I am also grateful for the submission of changes that arrived via email. Your thoughtful comments\, and commitment to the future of our Club is appreciated.  \nPlease review the new draft and send your comments to president@poloniacolumbus.org \nI would like to extend the invitation again to all members to our FINAL discussion meeting\, which will be held via Zoom on Wednesday\, November 11\, at 7:00 PM. \nThis meeting will be the last opportunity to discuss the proposed changes\, share your opinions\, and suggest any final revisions to the Constitution and Bylaws. \nThe final vote on the proposed changes will take place during our Wigilia celebration on December 12 at 5:30pm the Amelita Mirolo Barn located in Sunny 95 Park. Please note that there will be no further opportunity to discuss or amend the proposed changes at that time. The December celebration of Wigilia will only feature voting on the final version of the revised Constitution and Bylaws – it is the only time that over 90% of our members come together!  \nThese changes are an important step toward modernizing our Club\, strengthening its operations\, and preparing it for the years ahead.
