Hello, friends! Are you ready for an exciting outdoor summer adventure? Your summer won’t be complete without the fun-filled PAC Picnic Camping! We are thrilled to invite you to join us from August 22 to August 24 for an unforgettable weekend of outdoor activities with the Polish American Club (PAC). Be sure to mark your calendars so we can create fantastic memories together!

This family-friendly event is perfect for everyone, so bring your loved ones along for a great time! While there is no cost to attend, we would greatly appreciate any voluntary donations to help us continue hosting wonderful events for our Polish American community.

WHEN
August 22, 2025 – August 24, 2025

ITINERARY:
– Friday, August 22, 2025: 6 PM – Opening of the site.
– Saturday, August 23, 2025: 6 PM – Potluck Dinner by the bonfire.
– Sunday, August 24, 2025:
– Morning: Potluck Breakfast – everyone is invited to share the morning meal.
– 1 PM: Start Clean-up.

WHERE
Alum Creek State Park Group Campsite, as usual. The exact address is enclosed below. Please visit the Park’s website to familiarize yourself with the facilities at the campsite. Don’t forget to bring your own tent and camping gear if you plan to stay overnight.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The Club will provide Polish Kielbasa during the bonfire. We ask that everyone bring at least one of the following for the weekend event:
– Food for the potluck
– Drinks to enjoy
– Wood for the bonfire (please notify the Board if you have a significant amount of wood to spare)
– Musical instruments (guitar or any instrument of your choice) for enjoyment around the bonfire

Everyone is invited to bring sports and games equipment. The Club will provide volleyball and soccer equipment, cornhole, and other fun activities. If you plan to enjoy the nearby lake, please bring your own water sports equipment.

It’s that time of the year again when we are gearing up for the annual PAC Camping and Picnic on August 23-25! We’re inviting all Polish American Club members and friends to come and join in the excitement. To sign up, fill out the form on our website (links are provided below). You can make the payment in cash at the campground or through PayPal. If you’re not planning to stay overnight, we kindly ask you to buy a $5 pass per car. If you stay overnight, the fees are $5 per car and $10 per tent.
We are looking forward to having a fantastic time with all of you!

It is our pleasure to invite all members and friends of the Polish American Club to the annual PAC Camping and Picnic

WHEN

Labor Day Weekend

ITINERARY:

Friday 3:00 pm: Campground opens for tents

Saturday 6:00 pm: Potluck picnic and bonfire

Monday 4:00 pm: Clean-up

WHERE:

Alum Creek State Park Group Campsite as usual. The directions are enclosed below. Please visit the Park’s website and familiarize yourself with the facilities at the Campsite. Please bring your own tent and camping gear if you plan to stay overnight

ADDITIONAL:

The Club will be serving Polish Kielbasa during the bonfire. We ask everyone to bring at least one of the following for the picnic and bonfire:

▪ Food for the potluck
▪ Drinks to share
▪ Wood for the bonfire (please notify the Board if you have a lot of wood to spare)
▪ Guitars and songbooks for songs by the bonfire

All are invited to bring sport and games equipment. The Club will secure volleyball and soccer equipment. All are welcome to bring their own watersport equipment so that they can enjoy the nearby lake

PAC PIKNIK IS BACK!!!

 

With great joy we have a pleasure to invite all members and friends of the Polish American Club to PAC annual Picnic.

When: from Friday August 27th 3pm till Sunday, August 29th at 1pm.

Where: Alum Creek State Park Campsite – as suall. The direction are enclosed below. Please visit the Park’s website and familiarize yourself with the facilities at the camp site. Please bring your own tent and camping gear if you plan to stay overnight.

 

Plan:

Friday: 8/27/21, 3pm opening of the site

Saturday 8/28/21, 6pm Potluck Dinner by the bonfire

Sunday 8/29/21, Sometime in the Morning: Potluck Breakfast – all present invited to share the morning meal.

 

And also: games and sports of attendees interest and liking (soccer, volleyball, bocce, kadima, etc)

 

For Saturday: We ask everyone to Everyone to bring

  • A meal to share for dinner
  • Drinks to share
  • Meal to grill if so inclined
  • Wood for the bonfire. If you have a lot of wood to spare – let the Board know. One never knows what will be the state of wood supplies at Alum Creek. It is either feast or famine over there.
  • Guitars and songbooks, we always have some talented members that will enjoy singing by the fire.

 

For Sunday, if you are staying or if you would like to step by in the morning, bring a breakfast type of a meal to share.

 

ALL are invited to bring sport and games equipment. The Club will secure volleyball net and ball, soccer goals, bocce and Kadima.

 

If you own a water sport equipment (kayak, body board, etc) we invite you to bring it so you may enjoy the nearby lake.
