Step back into the magic of our Ostatki celebration, The Carnival of Hearts: The Black & Red Affair, held on February 14 at The American Legion Hall. This unforgettable evening blended the lively traditions of Poland with the romance and joy of Valentine’s Day, creating a night full of warmth, color, and community spirit.
From the elegance of the Polonaise to joyful dancing late into the night, the room was alive with music, laughter, and connection. Friends, families, and couples joined in fun games and heartfelt moments, making memories that we’ll cherish for years to come.

The Carnival of Hearts

We warmly invite you to Ostatki, The Black & Red Affair! Let’s celebrate the last days of Carnival by bringing together vibrant Polish traditions and the joyful spirit of Valentine’s Day. 
 
PAC Carnival of Hearts is all about community, connection, and fun—expect lively Polish dances like the Polonaise, engaging games, and plenty of opportunities to make lasting memories together.
 
Don’t miss our “Market of Hearts,” where you’ll discover unique artisan goods.

Event Highlights

  • Time: 6:00 pm – 11:30 pm

  • Advance ticket purchase is required; no tickets will be sold at the door.
  • Tickets may be purchased as a gift for another guest.
  • Each ticket includes:
    • One raffle ticket
    • Main course from Carfagna’s Catering

  • $45 per person — Adult (Non‑member)
  • $25 per person — Senior (Member)

Dear PAC members and friends,

Get ready for an unforgettable night! The dance party is set for March 1st, and we’re thrilled to invite you all to join in on the fun! This year, we’re shaking things up with exciting changes you won’t want to miss. In addition to fantastic games and electrifying dancing to an eclectic mix of Polish and American songs, we’re excited to announce that we’ll be catering from Carfagna’s. Prepare for some truly delicious food that will delight your taste buds!

While you’re welcome to bring your favorite dishes to share, plenty of mouthwatering options will be available if you prefer to relax and enjoy the evening. And, of course, feel free to bring your favorite adult beverages; PAC will provide refreshing water and soda for everyone.

We genuinely want to know if you can make it, so please let us know as soon as possible. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to email us.

Please register in advance using the link to registration below to ensure we have enough food and the best experience possible. If you haven’t had a chance to check out our post about music, let us know if there’s a particular song that you’d love to hear at the party. The most exciting pre-Lenten celebration is almost here, and we can’t wait to celebrate with all of you! We have a fantastic time together every year, and this year will be no exception! Last year, we enjoyed a lively polonaise dance at the party, and it was such a blast! What fun dance should we try this year? Remember, Ash Wednesday falls on March 5th, right after our Ostatki party on the 1st, so why not have fun before Lent begins? Let’s make unforgettable memories together!
